At just 48g including titanium bolts, washers and spacers, the Trialtech SL brake booster is almost certainly the lightest and most advanced brake booster available today.

Designed using the latest 3D CAD software and FE (finite element) analysed to give optimum performance. To make the most of advanced design and computer modelling techniques you need to use the best materials available to you, that is why Trialtech chose to use a material known for its high strength/stiffness to weight ratio, carbon fibre. The combination of an ‘I’ beam main profile and advanced compression moulded carbon fibre means that the Trialtech SL brake booster gives an un-rivalled stiffness to weight ratio.

With careful consideration to the overall shape, this booster offers excellent tyre clearance for both 20 and 26” bikes (55mm of vertical tyre clearance) as well as an outer profile which helps to protect the brake hoses. A generous amount of adjustability allows the booster to fit frames with brake spacing between 95 and 105mm.

To help prevent damage to the carbon during fitting and use, each booster is supplied with titanium washers and CNC machined alloy spacers.
